FOAF - an RDF syntax

One of the things Bernie encouraged me to do was to fill in a "Friend of a friend" XML metadata descrition of myself. Researching this shows me sites to help create one: FOAF-a-matic -- Describe yourself in RDF, and sites describling the background:

• The Friend-of-a-Friend vocabulary can make it easier to manage online communities
• FOAF: the 'friend of a friend' vocabulary
