Espaces: Karl A. Hribernik (austrian/scotish), BIBA plt, Bremen, Germany BIBA plt is part of University Bremen, focused on logistic and telematik. They are active in FP5 and FP6. www.biba.uni-bremen.de

INDRA is a big (6000 employees) consulting agencies active in telecommunications, defense equipment, and more. Markets are Western Europe and South America. They lead the 'Mobility/Terminal' working group in TODOS www.indra.es

TODOS: Oliver Sharpe, Director of Runtime Collective, Brighton, UK Runtime Collective is a consulting company that uses only open source technology. They are strong in JAVA and Web Services with activities in database applications (means applications using databases extensively).
