I have negotiated a Corporate Rate for WIT for accommodation at the IMI Residence. The rate is €79.00 per night and is inclusive of breakfast & VAT plus free Broadband & parking.

Good afternoon

further to my telephone conversation with Eugene yesterday, I just wanted
to drop you a quick email to inform you that should you have any corporate
accommodation requirements in Dublin, here in the IMI we offer excellent
quality accommodation with free broadband in every room. Each room also
has a spacious work/study area, direct dial, tea/coffe-making facilities,
TV and power shower. We are open 24 hours, have ample parking free of
charge and provide tranquil and peaceful surroundings.

Our corporate rate is €93 p/night p/room, however after speaking with
Eugene, I am prepared to offer you and your colleagues a rate of €79
p/room p/night. This includes breakfast and VAT.

Please find attached a .pdf document with information on our Residence as
well as a corporate rate agreement. Please sign the rate agreement and
return to my by fax so that for all future bookings and on mentioning WIT,
you will automatically receive the lower and agreed rate of €79 p/room.

Should you have any queries, please let me know. I look forward to hearing
